REG NMS
With the launch of REG NMS there’s heightened awareness by firms around compliance, surveillance and reporting of REG NMS requirements.


To satisfy REG NMS expectations, the GRID uses the same point-in-time market data depth snapshot currently offered by S3 solutions. This means we can readily identify which quotes in the montage are flagged as slow (manual), non-protected, etc.

Additionally, the GRID can match against the “protected top of book” as well as the NBBO so that you can decide whether to compare against a slow quote on the NBBO.

For market centers that receive Intermarket Sweep Orders (ISO) we will report on trade through violations of the protected quotes.
