  • Make corrections on orders or trades in the portal which update statistics and/or reports
  • View and report historical corrective action taken on trade exceptions.
  • Use an electronic signature stamp to record viewership, corrective action and supervisory evidence.
  • Assign severity levels to trade exceptions.

These alerts then provide a ticketing system to give you the ability to make corrections. Alerts are sent to responsible traders and designated monitors immediately after a trade is executed. If the order is filled but does not meet prescribed business rules such as cost or speed, the trader gets an alert instantaneously, not days later when little can be done to correct the poor execution.


Traders and other stakeholders in the process can then use the S3 ticketing system to monitor the handling of each exception from both an internal and client-facing perspective.
