Baseline Inventory
Without a living, accurate inventory you are sunk. To get the physical inventory completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, you need a Web-based application. With all available inventory data loaded by site, technicians will simply validate equipment. All important data will be captured and truck rolls reduced.

Inventory Change Management
Your inventory records create the invoice. The reports you provide your client. The information on which you base your decisions. Unapproved, untracked, or untraceable modifications to the inventory database is unacceptable.
S3’s Inventory Change Management is application functionality for changing an inventory record with full approvals and audit trail, both required for SOX compliance. And covering your bases later on.

Data Acquisition & Invoice Integration
The acquisition of third-party and client data will create the provisional data warehouse. This activity must be done with rigor and proven processes. S3 has provided this valuable service for years for its clients and knows the best practices. Loading all data in a common format means that it’s accessible to all S3 applications and is quickly reported on.
The loading of all client vendor invoices is critical to margin. Depending on the structure of your agreement, your profit will be eaten away by the hundreds or thousands of invoices missed or incorrectly analyzed.
And remember; this needs to happen each billing cycle—so the proper processes must be adhered to by a dedicated group. We have someone in mind.
Data Warehouse
